Not sure why so many people complain here, but this is a pretty good clean car wash, gets so many dead bugs and grime from back roads or just this dirty weather off of my car. Prices are good too for what they are, though as a note please make sure to bring your own 1200+1400GSM drying towels so it’s easy to dry, it’s a great location otherwise.

Auto wash over charged me and air drier broken. Final clearance of the charges reflected the proper amount, but the touchless wash machine is in dire need of repair. There are too few truly touchless, high-powered pressure washes. Having used another one 10 miles across the Lehigh Valley that was so effectively maintained made this experience even more pointed. Since the final charge was what I chose to pay, I've raised the review to 2* from 1. However the phone number on the machine yielded unsatisfactory results and the was was merely a glorified rinse. I went through the car wash tonight and paid for The Extreme Wash , $12. It left waxy looking white spots all over my New Honda. I spent an hour afterwards trying to get them off, using warm water and detailing drying towels. There's a couple spots I couldn't get out. I'm pretty upset. I won't be returning.

Embarrassing. The last bay on the left has a drainage problem. The grading of the concrete is not correct. And there’s a huge puddle that forms in there. Your feet get soaked. It’s literally about 4-5 inches of water that you have to walk through. You need to wear waders to do your car in this bay. Photo included. They know about the problem. It’s existed for a long time. And they don’t do anything to correct it. It’s a known problem and they just sit there and watch it. It’s such an easy fix too. Talk about not having any pride or regard for quality. Never again will I go there. Another pathetic fact is that they have three bays there, but only two are available because they have a car parked in one of the bays year round. I see people pull in and pull out because they don’t want to wait. The waiting could be resolved if they open up the third bay. I guess they don’t like money. Just go to the other car wash down the street. They only have two bays as well. But you don’t have to stand in a pond when you’re washing your car in the self service bays.

Absolutely the worst car wash that I have ever taken my car to. It didn’t even clean the rear hatch on my Nissan Pathfinder. I can’t believe this place is still in business based upon my experience there today. Got the $12 most expensive wash and was a waste of my time and money. I would give them 0 stars if I could but that was not an option. I had to get wet cloth towels and hand wash the SUV myself when I got to where I was staying. Do better Hellertown Car Wash.
